Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service or fast-casual restaurant roles advantageous but not required

- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand every day without using freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- Work confidently at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa and expo
- Deliver exceptional customer service and help create a friendly atmosphere
- Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards closely
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the restaurant
- Continuously learn new skills and procedures for career advancement
