Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to communicate in the primary language of the work location
  • Available to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to perform restaurant duties including standing for extended periods
  • Commitment to work in a fast-paced team environment

  • Prepare real food by hand with no freezers, microwaves or can openers
  • Work confidently at any station including grill, cashier, prep, salsa and expo
  • Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly atmosphere
  • Participate in training and development programs
  • Collaborate effectively with team members
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
  • Adhere to food safety and quality standards
