Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years of age
- possess all documents and permits required by state and federal law
- ability to stand for long periods without a break
- able to lift and reach as required by the position
- dependable and punctual
- follow call-off procedures
- maintain good personal appearance
- adhere to the dress code policy
- demonstrate excellent people skills
- able to handle stressful situations while maintaining a pleasant attitude
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous restaurant experience is helpful but not required
- basic math and reading skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards is an advantage
Job Duties
- preparing raw ingredients for menu item production
- preparing menu items for orders
- guest assistance including dining room, lot, dining room cashier, drive-thru cashier and drive-thru outside order taker if available
- daily operation tasks including receiving and storage, preventative maintenance, opening and closing procedures
- adhering to food safety and sanitation procedures
- ensuring guest and employee safety and security
- maintaining cleanliness and organization in work areas
