Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- No prior experience required but willingness to learn and be trained
- Ability to work flexible hours including part-time or full-time shifts
- Ability to stand and perform physical tasks during a work shift

- Prepare food manually at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a friendly, welcoming atmosphere
- Adhere to food safety and quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient restaurant operations
- Support training and mentoring new crew members
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Follow company policies and procedures
