Job Duties
- Operate the register and handle customer transactions
- Prepare and grill burgers and fries maintaining quality standards
- Perform morning prep duties including stocking and setup
- Manage evening close procedures ensuring cleanliness and order
- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards
- Participate in the Secret Shopper program by maintaining high service standards
- Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding customer experiences
