Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years old
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- reliable transportation or ability to commute to the restaurant
- ability to stand for extended periods
- willingness to work as part of a team and follow company policies
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food service or retail preferred but not required
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- willingness to learn and adapt to different roles within the restaurant
Job Duties
- operate the cash register and handle customer transactions
- prepare food items according to Five Guys standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas of the restaurant
- assist in morning prep and evening close tasks
- communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- uphold food safety and quality standards
- participate in the Secret Shopper program to maintain high service levels
