Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Availability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must comply with food safety and cleanliness guidelines
- Ability to pass background check and eligibility to work in the United States
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of customer service and food quality
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in food service or fast-paced customer service environment is a plus but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high energy
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash and orders
- Willingness to learn and adapt to various roles within the restaurant
Job Duties
- Greet customers and take their orders accurately
- Prepare food items including grilling and assembling sandwiches
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the kitchen and dining areas
- Operate cash register and handle customer transactions
- Participate in morning prep and closing duties including restocking and cleaning
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a smooth operation
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer questions or concerns
