- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Operate the register and handle customer transactions accurately
- Prepare food items including grilling and assembling burgers and fries
- Participate in morning prep and evening closing duties
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in all areas of the restaurant
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure a smooth workflow
- Deliver exceptional customer service by upholding Five Guys' standards
- Participate in the Secret Shopper program to contribute to quality and earn bonuses
