Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform manual tasks
  • Reliable transportation or ability to commute to the restaurant
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • Ability to handle cash responsibly

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
  • Willingness to learn and follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Duties

  • Assist customers at the register with ordering and payments
  • Prepare and cook menu items accurately according to company recipes
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant
  • Stock and replenish supplies and ingredients as needed
  • Participate in opening and closing duties including food prep and cleaning
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations
  • Participate in bonus programs by upholding service and quality standards
