Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- general job duties for all store team members
- ability to operate all store equipment
- capable of stocking ingredients correctly
- must prepare product according to standards
- ability to receive and process telephone orders
- skill in taking inventory and completing related paperwork
- must clean equipment and facility approximately daily
- ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- communicate verbally with customers and co-workers
- ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- must be able to make correct monetary change
- verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- motor coordination between eyes and hands to make precise, rapid movements
- ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service experience beneficial
- basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- proficiency in using computers or touch screens for order entry
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- good motor coordination and ability to perform tasks rapidly and accurately
Job Duties
- take and process telephone and in-person orders
- operate all store equipment
- stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and work areas
- prepare pizza products accurately
- maintain inventory and complete associated paperwork
- clean equipment and store facility daily
- communicate effectively with customers and co-workers to ensure order accuracy
