Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • possess documents and permits required by state and federal law
  • able to stand for long periods without breaks
  • able to lift and reach as required
  • follow all call-off procedures
  • arrive on time for scheduled shifts
  • maintain a neat, well-groomed appearance
  • basic understanding of food safety and sanitation procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Basic math and reading skills
  • previous restaurant experience is helpful but not required

Job Duties

  • Prepare raw ingredients for menu item production
  • prepare menu items for orders
  • assist guests in dining room, lot, cashier, and drive-thru roles if available
  • manage daily operations including receiving, storage, preventative maintenance, and opening and closing procedures
  • maintain food safety and sanitation procedures
  • adhere to guest and employee safety and security policies
  • follow company standards and policies for quality and speed
