Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must have required legal documents and permits
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift and reach as required
- Ability to handle fast-paced and stressful work environment
- Must follow call-off procedures and maintain reliable attendance
- Adherence to dress code policy
- Must maintain personal hygiene standards
Job Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age
- Possess all documents and permits required by state and federal law
- Basic math and reading skills
- Previous restaurant experience is helpful but not required
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Food preparation - preparing raw ingredients for menu item production
- Menu item production - preparing menu items for orders
- Guest assistance - dining room/lot, dining room cashier, drive-thru cashier and drive-thru outside order taker (if available)
- Daily operation - receiving and storage, preventative maintenance, opening and closing procedures
- Maintaining food safety and sanitation standards
- Providing prompt and courteous customer service
- Adhering to safety and security policies
