Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Must have required legal documents and permits
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to lift and reach as required
  • Ability to handle fast-paced and stressful work environment
  • Must follow call-off procedures and maintain reliable attendance
  • Adherence to dress code policy
  • Must maintain personal hygiene standards

Job Qualifications

  • At least 16 years of age
  • Possess all documents and permits required by state and federal law
  • Basic math and reading skills
  • Previous restaurant experience is helpful but not required
  • Ability to follow company policies and procedures
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Food preparation - preparing raw ingredients for menu item production
  • Menu item production - preparing menu items for orders
  • Guest assistance - dining room/lot, dining room cashier, drive-thru cashier and drive-thru outside order taker (if available)
  • Daily operation - receiving and storage, preventative maintenance, opening and closing procedures
  • Maintaining food safety and sanitation standards
  • Providing prompt and courteous customer service
  • Adhering to safety and security policies
