Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must have legal authorization to work in the United States
- Must be able to adhere to all food safety and cleanliness standards
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong customer service orientation
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or retail is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and energetic environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks associated with restaurant work
Job Duties
- Prepare food items according to company standards
- Operate cash register and handle customer transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all areas of the restaurant
- Assist in morning prep and evening close duties
- Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and positive attitude
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Participate in the Secret Shopper program by upholding high food and service standards
