Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years old
- valid work authorization
- ability to stand for extended periods
- strong commitment to food safety and cleanliness
- ability to work flexible hours including shifts and weekends
- able to follow instructions and work well in a team environment
- pass background check and participate in eVerify program
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service or food industry experience beneficial but not required
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- willingness to learn and perform various roles within the restaurant
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- operate the register and handle customer transactions
- prepare and cook burgers and fries following company standards
- maintain cleanliness and food safety in the kitchen and dining areas
- participate in morning prep and evening closing duties
- deliver excellent customer service and uphold company quality standards
- engage actively in teamwork and communication with fellow employees
- participate in the Secret Shopper bonus program by consistently providing an outstanding dining experience
