Job Requirements
- minimum age of 16 years
- eligibility to work in the United States
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to food service
- flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures
- complete training programs as required

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in food service or fast-food environment is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- work at the register to process customer orders
- operate the grill to prepare menu items to company standards
- perform morning prep to ready the restaurant for service
- assist with evening closing duties including cleaning and restocking
- collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness
- engage with customers to provide excellent service
- participate in the Secret Shopper program to earn bonus incentives
