Job Requirements

  • must be at least 16 years old
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • reliable transportation to and from work

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in fast food or customer service roles is a plus but not required
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong communication and teamwork skills
  • basic math skills for cash handling
  • willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings

Job Duties

  • greet and assist customers at the register
  • prepare and cook food items according to Five Guys standards
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining area
  • operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • restock supplies and ingredients as needed
  • participate in opening and closing restaurant procedures
  • uphold food safety and quality standards consistently
