Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years old
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- capable of standing for extended periods
- able to lift up to 40 pounds
- legal authorization to work in the united states
- commitment to food safety and cleanliness standards
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in fast food or restaurant environment is a plus but not required
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- customer service experience is beneficial
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- willingness to learn and adapt to different roles within the restaurant
Job Duties
- operate register and handle customer transactions
- prepare and cook food items according to company standards
- maintain cleanliness and food safety in all areas
- participate in morning prep and evening closing activities
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- engage with customers to provide outstanding dining experiences
- adhere to company policies and procedures including the Secret Shopper program
