Job Duties
- Operate the register and handle customer payments
- Prepare and grill food items according to company standards
- Perform morning prep tasks to ready the restaurant for service
- Conduct evening closing duties including cleaning and restocking
- Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness
- Participate in the Secret Shopper program by upholding quality and service standards
- Support team communication and contribute to a positive work environment
