Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to stand for long periods during shifts
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have legal authorization to work in the United States
- Willingness to learn and follow food safety and service protocols
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- No restrictions on lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in fast food or restaurant service helpful but not required

Job Duties
- Operate the register and handle customer transactions
- Prepare and cook fresh food according to Five Guys standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas
- Assist with morning prep and evening close duties
- Participate in the Secret Shopper bonus program by upholding high service standards
- Communicate and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Engage with customers to provide exceptional dining experience
