Job Duties
- Prepare and cook fresh food items according to company standards
- Operate the cash register and process customer transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety throughout the restaurant
- Participate in opening and closing procedures of the restaurant
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient service
- Engage actively in the Secret Shopper program by upholding high service and quality standards
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries and needs
