Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 16 years
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Commitment to maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to various roles within the restaurant
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
Job Duties
- Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions
- Prepare and cook menu items following company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety throughout the restaurant
- Perform morning prep and evening closing duties
- Work collaboratively with team members across all restaurant areas
- Participate in the Secret Shopper program to uphold service quality
- Provide excellent customer service and create a positive dining experience
