Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years old
- able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- strong work ethic and positive attitude
- ability to stand for extended periods
- comply with food safety and cleanliness standards
- legal authorization to work in the united states
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- willingness to learn and adapt to different roles within the restaurant
- basic math skills for handling transactions
Job Duties
- operate the register and handle cash transactions
- prepare food items according to company standards
- maintain cleanliness and food safety throughout the restaurant
- work collaboratively with team members across different stations
- assist with morning prep and evening closing duties
- ensure an outstanding dining experience for customers
- participate in the Secret Shopper bonus program by upholding high service standards
