Job Duties
- operate the register to take customer orders
- prepare food items according to Five Guys standards
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas
- rotate through various stations including grill, prep, and close duties
- provide excellent customer service ensuring a positive dining experience
- participate in the Secret Shopper program to uphold service quality
- collaborate with team members to maintain efficient restaurant operations
