Job Requirements

  • Must love to smile, laugh and have fun
  • 1+ years of food service or management experience
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift and lift 30-50lbs repeatedly
  • Enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment
  • Promote and drive the White Castle initiatives and increase brand loyalty
  • Must be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect
  • Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of hire

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of food service or management experience
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to handle cash and operate register systems

  • Organizing shifts and team schedules
  • Handling cash and managing register operations
  • Managing inventory and supplies
  • Overseeing customer service and satisfaction
  • Motivating and leading the team
  • Preparing food orders including working the fryer and griddle
  • Maintaining sanitation and safety standards
