Job Requirements
- Must love to smile, laugh and have fun
- 1+ years of food service or management experience
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift and lift 30-50lbs repeatedly
- Enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment
- Promote and drive the White Castle initiatives and increase brand loyalty
- Must be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect
- Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of hire
Job Qualifications
- Previous food service or management experience
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high energy environment
- Good interpersonal skills and a team player attitude
- Commitment to promoting company initiatives and brand loyalty
Job Duties
- Organize shifts and manage team schedules
- Handle cash transactions and operate cash registers
- Manage inventory and maintain stock levels
- Oversee customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Motivate and lead the team to achieve performance goals
- Prepare orders including working the fryer and griddle
- Maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards
