Job Requirements

  • Must love to smile, laugh and have fun
  • 1+ years of food service or management experience
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift and lift 30-50lbs repeatedly
  • Enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment
  • Promote and drive the White Castle initiatives and increase brand loyalty
  • Must be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect
  • Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of hire

  • Proven leadership and team management skills

Job Duties

  • Organize shifts and manage team schedules
  • Handle cash operations and ensure accuracy
  • Manage inventory levels and supplies
  • Oversee customer service and satisfaction
  • Motivate, lead, and develop team members
  • Operate cash register and drive-thru stations
  • Prepare food orders and maintain sanitation standards
  • Work fryer and griddle as required
