Job Requirements
- Must love to smile, laugh and have fun
- 1+ years of food service or management experience
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift and lift 30-50lbs repeatedly
- Enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment
- Promote and drive the White Castle initiatives and increase brand loyalty
- Must be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect
- Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of hire

- Organize shifts and manage team schedules
- Handle cash operations and ensure accuracy
- Manage inventory levels and supplies

- Motivate, lead, and develop team members
- Operate cash register and drive-thru stations
- Prepare food orders and maintain sanitation standards
- Work fryer and griddle as required
