Job Requirements
- Must love to smile, laugh and have fun
- minimum 1 year of food service or management experience
- ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift and lift 30-50 pounds repeatedly
- enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment
- promote and drive White Castle initiatives
- be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect
- at least 18 years of age at the time of hire
