Job Requirements

  • Must love to smile, laugh and have fun
  • minimum 1 year of food service or management experience
  • ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift and lift 30-50 pounds repeatedly
  • enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment
  • promote and drive White Castle initiatives
  • be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect
  • at least 18 years of age at the time of hire

Job Duties

  • Organize shifts and schedule team members
  • handle cash transactions and manage register operations
  • manage inventory and supplies
  • oversee customer service to ensure satisfaction
  • motivate and lead the team effectively
  • prepare food orders and maintain quality standards
  • maintain sanitation and cleanliness
  • operate fryers and griddles
  • support drive-thru operations
