Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Able to stand and move for most if not all of the shift
  • Willingness to use restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, and grills
  • Ability to follow brand standards and maintain cleanliness
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Able to comply with health and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food service or retail is a plus but not required
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions

Job Duties

  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service
  • Prepare food following Wendy's brand standards and guidelines
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
  • Use restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, and grills effectively
  • Stand and move actively during shifts
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
  • Correct any service or food preparation issues promptly
