Job Requirements
- Willingness and ability to stand and move for most or all of shift
- Ability to use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register, or grill
- Follow brand standards and guidelines consistently
- Maintain a positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork
- Ability to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Legal authorization to work in the country
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service or food industry experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions
- A team-oriented mindset and willingness to help others
- Commitment to maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards
Job Duties
- Pitch in and help fellow crew members and customers with a positive attitude
- Learn new skills and be part of a supportive team
- Identify and resolve issues promptly to maintain quality service standards
