Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand and move for most or all of the shift
- must be able to use restaurant equipment including headsets, registers, and grills
- must adhere to Wendy's brand standards and guidelines
- positive attitude with willingness to help team and customers
- ability to follow safety and cleanliness protocols
- willingness to learn and take direction
- legal authorization to work in the country if applicable
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service or food service experience is a plus but not required due to paid training
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- strong communication skills
- willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
- ability to work well in a team environment
Job Duties
- Prepare food items according to Wendy's brand standards and guidelines
- serve customers with a positive and helpful attitude
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant
- operate restaurant equipment such as registers, headsets, and grills
- stand and move for most of the shift
- follow safety and hygiene protocols
- assist team members and contribute to a cooperative work environment
