Job Requirements
- Willingness to stand and move for most or all of the shift
- ability to use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register or grill
- commitment to follow brand standards and cleanliness guidelines
- positive attitude and teamwork spirit
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- legal eligibility to work in the country
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in a team environment
- willingness to learn and adapt
- capability to follow instructions and brand standards
- basic math skills
Job Duties
- Prepare food according to Wendy’s brand standards
- provide friendly and efficient customer service
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- use restaurant equipment such as registers, grills, and headsets
- adhere to safety and hygiene guidelines
- pitch in to help fellow crew and handle customer needs promptly
- follow company policies and procedures
