Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to stand and move for most or all of shift
- Willingness to use restaurant equipment such as headset, register, and grill
- Follow brand standards and maintain a clean work environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to help others
- Availability to work flexible hours
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and follow company policies and procedures
Job Duties
- Serve customers with a positive attitude
- Prepare food following brand standards and guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Use restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, and grills
- Stand and move throughout the shift to ensure efficient service
- Assist fellow crew members as needed
- Make sure food and service quality meet company expectations
