- Willingness to follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare food, serve customers, and maintain cleanliness

- Maintain a clean and inviting restaurant environment
- Stand and move for most or all of your shift
- Follow safety and quality procedures to make it right when something is not right
- Participate in paid training programs to deliver excellent service
