- Be at least 16 years of age or meet local labor laws
- ability to stand and move for most of the shift
- ability to use restaurant equipment such as registers, grills, and headsets
- willingness to follow brand standards and guidelines
- capability to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks
- reliable and punctual
- able to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food service or hospitality is beneficial but not required
- strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers with their orders
- prepare food and beverages according to Wendy's brand standards
- operate restaurant equipment such as registers, grills, and headsets
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines
- work collaboratively with team members to provide excellent customer service
- handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
