Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and move for most or all of the shift
- Use equipment such as headset, register, and grill
- Follow brand standards and guidelines for food preparation and service
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Positive attitude and willingness to assist fellow crew and customers
Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and take accurate orders
- Prepare food items following Wendy's quality and safety standards
- Operate restaurant equipment such as registers, grills, and headsets efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant including dining and kitchen areas
- Support team members by pitching in and helping where needed
- Follow all health and safety protocols consistently
- Deliver excellent customer service to ensure a positive dining experience
