Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to stand and move for most or all of the shift
- Willingness to use restaurant equipment like register, headset, and grill
- Follow brand standards for food preparation and customer service
- Able to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is an asset but not required
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Maintain clean and organized restaurant environment
- Prepare food according to brand standards and safety guidelines
- Operate restaurant equipment such as registers, headsets, and grills
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Assist fellow crew members and support team efforts
- Stand and move throughout shift as required
