Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to stand and move for most or all of the shift
- Willingness to learn and follow restaurant brand standards
- Able to use restaurant equipment such as register, grill, or headset
- Pass a background check if required
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
- Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Job Duties
- Prepare fresh menu items according to brand standards
- Serve customers with a positive attitude and attentive service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Operate restaurant equipment including registers, grills, and headsets
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Support training and development of new crew members
