Job Requirements
- Be able to stand and move for most of the shift
- Use restaurant equipment such as registers, grills, and headsets
- Follow brand standards and safety guidelines
- Have a flexible schedule
- Be willing to work full-time or part-time hours
- Pass any required background checks or screenings
- Be at least the minimum age required to work at Wendy's
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service is an advantage but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
