Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to stand and move for the duration of the shift
- Willingness to use restaurant equipment such as registers and grills
- Ability to follow brand standards and safety protocols
- Flexible availability to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
- Eligibility to work legally in the country
- Positive attitude and reliability
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service or food industry experience is a plus
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to assist others
- Basic math skills for handling cash and operating registers
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve high-quality food according to brand standards
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Operate restaurant equipment including registers, grills, and headsets
- Maintain a clean and safe restaurant environment
- Assist fellow crew members and work collaboratively as a team
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues when necessary
