Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Able to stand and move for most if not all of the shift
- Ability to use restaurant equipment such as headset, register, or grill
- Willingness to follow brand standards and maintain a clean work environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be legally authorized to work in the location
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior customer service or fast-food experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
- Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
Job Duties
- Greet customers with a positive attitude and provide friendly service
- Prepare food according to Wendy's brand standards and guidelines
- Operate restaurant equipment such as grills, registers, and headsets
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Assist fellow crew members and support teamwork
- Follow health and safety regulations
- Stand and move during most of the shift
