Job Requirements
- Willingness and ability to stand and move for most if not all of the shift
- ability to use restaurant equipment such as headset, register, or grill
- adherence to brand standards and guidelines
- positive attitude
- willingness to assist team members and customers
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- legal eligibility to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a fast-food or customer service role is a plus but not required
- ability to work as part of a team
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- willingness to learn and take direction
- reliable and punctual
- basic math skills for handling transactions
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to brand standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- operate restaurant equipment such as register, grill, and headset
- provide friendly and efficient customer service
