Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Availability to work weekdays from 8 am to 8 pm and weekends from 7 am to 9 pm
  • Prior experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to work in a team setting
  • Willingness to learn and grow
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members

Job Duties

  • Greeting guests and communicating with them while ordering
  • Offering help with using the ordering kiosks
  • Offering assistance to those in need of some extra hands
  • Checking with guests once they have their food to ensure satisfaction or to see if they need anything else
  • Handling any guest concerns and resolving issues
  • Communicating with the restaurant team to provide feedback and recommendations
  • Supporting a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment
