This job opportunity is offered by an independently owned and operated McDonald's franchise located at 150 Bismarck Expressway, Bismarck, North Dakota. Unlike corporate-owned McDonald's locations, this franchise is managed by a separate company that holds the license to use McDonald’s brand and food products. As such, all employment matters including hiring, firing, staffing, scheduling, and discipline are the sole responsibility of the franchisee, not McDonald's USA. This distinction ensures that the franchisee operates autonomously and manages their employment practices independently from the McDonald's corporate office.

Job Requirements
- must be 16 years of age or older
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
