Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Willingness and ability to stand and move for most of the shift
- Ability to use restaurant equipment including registers, grills, and headsets
- Compliance with brand standards and guidelines
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Availability to work a flexible schedule
- Ability to follow safety and cleanliness protocols
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service is a plus but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Basic math and cash handling skills
Job Duties
- Prepare food according to brand standards
- Serve customers with a positive attitude
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant
- Operate restaurant equipment such as register, grill, and headset
- Assist fellow crew members when needed
- Follow safety and hygiene guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service
