Job Requirements
- Willingness to stand and move for most or all of the shift
- Ability to use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register, or grill
- Must follow brand standards and guidelines for food preparation and customer service
- Must maintain cleanliness and safety in the workplace
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Must have legal authorization to work in the country
Job Qualifications

- No prior experience necessary as paid training is provided
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks

- Ability to follow detailed instructions and restaurant procedures
Job Duties
- Prepare quality food and beverages following Wendy's brand standards
- Operate restaurant equipment including registers, headsets, and grills
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all areas of the restaurant
- Support team members with a positive and helpful attitude
- Greet and serve customers promptly and courteously
- Handle customer requests and resolve minor issues effectively
- Follow all health and safety regulations during food preparation and service
