Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old or meet local employment age requirements
- Ability to stand and move during entire shift
- Ability to operate restaurant equipment such as registers and grills
- Willingness to follow brand standards and safety guidelines
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve food items according to Wendy's quality standards
- Operate restaurant equipment including headset, register, and grill
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant environment
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Follow brand guidelines to ensure food safety and quality
- Assist team members and collaborate to meet restaurant goals
- Uphold company policies and procedures during all shifts
