Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old or meet local employment age requirements
  • Ability to stand and move during entire shift
  • Ability to operate restaurant equipment such as registers and grills
  • Willingness to follow brand standards and safety guidelines
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to stand and move for most of the shift
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve food items according to Wendy's quality standards
  • Operate restaurant equipment including headset, register, and grill
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant environment
  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service
  • Follow brand guidelines to ensure food safety and quality
  • Assist team members and collaborate to meet restaurant goals
  • Uphold company policies and procedures during all shifts
