Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum five years related experience in flight operations
- At least two years experience in crew scheduling
- Experience with statistical analysis and modeling
- Proficiency in computer applications
- Ability to work variable shifts and holidays
- Knowledge of federal aviation regulations and collective bargaining agreement

- Two years of experience in crew scheduling
- Experience in statistical analysis and modeling
- Proficiency in computer applications
- Thorough knowledge of pilot collective bargaining agreement
- Familiarity with federal aviation regulations
- Knowledge of accounting and statistics
- Experience with computerized crew management systems
Job Duties
- Optimize crew member utilization for complete and legal flight crew manning
- Record and manage all crew member activities through a compliant crew management system
- Identify requirements for crew-related automated systems
- Develop, design, and test automated crew management systems
- Ensure compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations and Collective Bargaining Agreement
- Work variable shifts and holidays as required
- Perform other duties as assigned
