Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Minimum five years related experience in flight operations
  • At least two years experience in crew scheduling
  • Experience with statistical analysis and modeling
  • Proficiency in computer applications
  • Ability to work variable shifts and holidays
  • Knowledge of federal aviation regulations and collective bargaining agreement

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Five years of experience in flight operations
  • Two years of experience in crew scheduling
  • Experience in statistical analysis and modeling
  • Proficiency in computer applications
  • Thorough knowledge of pilot collective bargaining agreement
  • Familiarity with federal aviation regulations
  • Knowledge of accounting and statistics
  • Experience with computerized crew management systems

Job Duties

  • Optimize crew member utilization for complete and legal flight crew manning
  • Record and manage all crew member activities through a compliant crew management system
  • Identify requirements for crew-related automated systems
  • Develop, design, and test automated crew management systems
  • Ensure compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations and Collective Bargaining Agreement
  • Work variable shifts and holidays as required
  • Perform other duties as assigned
