Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
- Ability to stand for long periods on hard surfaces
- Capability to work in varying environmental conditions including heat, cold, noise, and exhaust fumes
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to perform all other duties as assigned
- Availability for specified working hours and including some Saturdays

- At least 6 months of customer-facing experience
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Proven leadership ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups
- Sound business sense with understanding of retail industry

Job Duties
- Engage with customers face-to-face to provide updates, answer questions, and resolve issues
- Inspect and recommend supporting services focusing on safety and manufacturer recommendations
- Work with General Manager to ensure revenue growth, coach team, and deliver excellent customer service
- Set a positive leadership example and build team engagement and efficiency
- Ensure quality control measures and store cleanliness are consistently followed
- Manage inventory, cash handling, and address guest concerns
- Assist General Manager with budgeting, sales forecasts, and financial performance
