Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future
  • Must be able to stand on feet on hard surfaces like concrete or metal
  • Must be able to lift and move work-related items up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in an environment with hot and cold temperatures, loud noises, and exhaust fumes
  • Perform all other duties as assigned or needed

Job Qualifications

  • Must have at least 6 months of customer-facing experience such as retail, food service, hospitality
  • Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Proven leadership ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups
  • Sound business sense and comprehensive understanding of the retail industry
  • Ability to analyze, comprehend, and recommend financial objectives to increase sales and service results
  • Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude with professional conduct and appearance
  • Enjoys and is energized by a fast-paced, flexible, high-performance retail environment
  • Possess a "Guest First" mindset
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals

Job Duties

  • Enthusiastically engage with customers face-to-face to provide updates throughout the service experience, answer customer questions, and resolve issues
  • Inspect and recommend supporting services that benefit the guest, focused on safety and manufacturer recommendations
  • Work directly with the General Manager to ensure consistent revenue growth through growing guest count and lead measure performance such as core sales mix, MultiCare, and Core Plus
  • Coach and execute excellent customer service while creating an exceptional guest experience
  • Set a positive example as a leader while building team engagement and efficiency
  • Ensure quality control measures and processes are followed consistently
  • Carry out other duties and projects necessary for the position such as inventory, cash handling, guest issues, and working with the District Manager on critical initiatives
