Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 years of experience in Crew Capacity
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to communicate professionally in stressful situations
- Detail-oriented and persistent with follow-through
- Ability to act as a resource for team members with less experience
- Comfortable with handling department shadowing
- Ability to proactively identify challenges and anticipate alternative options
- Knowledge and advocacy of the NetJets 20/20 Flight Plan
- Strong communication skills for complex technical information

Job Duties
- Evaluate, plan and execute the daily-weekly-monthly crewing plan by fleet, identify crewing shortfalls and supplement shortages with extended day solicitation or processing and other contractual means
- Build and execute the Initial Operating Experience (IOE) plan and coordinate this plan with the Training Captains
- Create and execute the Operational Check Flights (OCF) plan with Non-Routine Flight Operations (NRFO) requirements, coordinate with NRFO pilots and report substitutions to the NetJets and NJASAP NRFO committee members
- Plan and execute all Captain Proficiency/Competency Checks and coordinate with Check Airman or FAA authorized examiners
- Solicit, review and approve crewmember Tour Slide Requests
- Ensure compliance with all internal, contractual and regulatory rules
- Represent Crew Capacity in new hire pilot and FA presentations
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Crew Capacity and provide solutions to infrequent or irregular issues
